One of St. Anton's finest chalets
The floors throughout the chalet along with the library and doors have been lovingly restored out of original 300-year-old oak planks. The main floor features a grand drawing room, open plan living and dining area that seats 12, and a sunken sitting room with a gorgeous open fireplace. Floor to ceiling French windows open out on to the south west facing terrace with its stunning views.
Large oak sliding doors lead from the living area into the spacious kitchen showcasing a stylish mix of Tyrolean woodwork, contemporary art, and fittings. There’s also an additional breakfast table in the kitchen. Located off the kitchen is a twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A guest toilet is also located on this floor.
A staircase leads from the main hallway up to the first floor. A cosy enclave is open to the side of the staircase, featuring built-in wooden benches adorned with fur and a secret cupboard filled with Schnapps glasses. Also located between the ground and first floor is a twin/double bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom.
The first floor features the contemporary master bedroom, complete with ensuite bathroom and a sunny terrace with views over the St. Anton valley. An old Tyrolean "zirben-stube" has been converted into one of the other ensuite twin/double bedrooms, and still has the antique carvings and a functioning traditional stove. This floor also has a further twin/double and a quad bunkroom, one with a private bathroom and one with a private shower room. All of the bathrooms are finished to the very highest standards.
The lower ground floor has one further twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There’s also sunny 40m² playroom, perfect for children. This room also converts into a high-tech cinema room. A sauna/steam room for four people and a separate shower area and toilet, laundry room, professional kitchen, and ski locker are also located on this floor.
