Beautifully marrying old-world mountain charm with contemporary style, Brunnenhof 11 is a stunning space that feels simultaneously sophisticated and rustic, a space that perfectly reflects the rich Alpine heritage of Lech and it’s modern-day look and feel. This effect is achieved by the generous use of reclaimed wood that features throughout.

The considered design of the apartment takes full advantage of the open-plan space — this is a space built to be socialised in and enjoyed. The living area is designed to be the centre of this stunning space and is cleverly constructed around the stunning glass-enclosed wood-burning fireplace built into a central column. Not only does this provide light and warmth for all to enjoy, but it also acts to subtly zone off the open-plan areas providing a degree of remove between the living area and the dining area.
Beautiful artwork features on the walls and is complemented by the calming and contemporary colour palette of grey expanses with vivid accents of blue. Luxurious and comfortable furniture features throughout so that guests are never short of somewhere to relax. There’s also a small wooden alcove complete with bench and antique chairs —the perfect spot for a board game or hand of cards.

The dining area features a large contemporary dining table illuminated by a dramatic chandelier fashioned from antlers. Seating 10 people comfortably, one side features a built-in bench that faces the upholstered chairs on the other. This space is adjacent to and overlooked by the fully equipped modern kitchen that also has its own breakfast bar making it a highly sociable space.

Four fabulous bedrooms finished to the same exacting standards, all with ensuite bathrooms complete this stunning apartment. All are beautifully decorated in the same warm, neutral, earthy tones as the living area. There are three spacious double bedrooms all with floor to ceiling windows that bathe the rooms in sunlight. Two of these rooms enjoy access to small terraces. The final room is a spectacular bunk room featuring two sets of adult-sized bunk beds that sleep four adults. This large room also benefits from its own luxurious living room with two sofas.

For your rest and relaxation is needed, guests can use the exceptional shared wellness facilities. After long days on the piste, you can unwind and enjoy the luxurious indoor swimming pool, spa, hammam, sauna and a treatment room. For the more active there’s also a fully equipped gym for a workout.

Brunnenhof Residence is only six minutes walk from the two-man Schlosskopf chairlift, which will whisk you up on to the slopes in minutes. Experienced Alpine sports enthusiasts can ski right back to the apartment as its location is a few hundred metres from the piste. The prime location also lets guests walk to the centre of Lech in just ten minutes.
