From the outside, the Bühlhof Penthouse building is the very essence of the mountainside architecture of Lech, yet step within and it is the epitome of sleek style whilst remaining warm and inviting. Entrance is gained through the ground floor reception area where a lift awaits. Exiting on the first floor, there’s a spacious area for the storage of your outdoor gear. This floor is where five of the ensuite bedrooms on one side, and the wellness facilities on the other side are located. All of the bedrooms have access to the terrace outside and can take full advantage of the stunning mountain panorama outside. Four of these bedrooms are configured as doubles and one is prepared as a twin bedroom.

Opposite the bedrooms you step into the wellness area with its sauna, a relaxation area with loungers, and small gym. The terrace on this side features an outdoor hot tub, the perfect place to rest tired limbs and drink in the spectacular mountain views after a hard day on the slopes.

There’s also a guest WC adjacent to the staircase on this floor. The staircase leads up to the stunning top floor and opens out into the fully equipped modern kitchen and bar area — also accessed directly from the lift. As to be expected the kitchen has absolutely everything needed for a large group to be fed and entertained. The kitchen has very much been designed to act as the hub of the apartment and between the kitchen and dining area features its own bar that seats six.

In the middle of the dining area is the central fireplace around which are placed a couple of deep seated luxurious armchairs. The large dining table comfortably seats 12 and is ideal for relaxed dinners. There’s also direct access to the large terrace from the dining area. Joining on to the dining area is the sumptuous living area with its elegant U-shaped sofa that can comfortably seat all guests. Next to this room there is a TV room which can be closed off and separated with a sliding door. On the other side of the dining area is the sixth ensuite double room complete with his and hers sinks.

Bühlhof Penthouse also has laundry facilities and a ski room as well as a professional kitchen that’s located on the lower ground floor.
